E-commerce websites that sell around the clock

Online shops that are easy for customers to buy from and easy for you to run, with secure payments and the SEO to be found.

About this service

A shop that makes buying easy

Customers decide quickly. A good online shop loads fast, makes products easy to find and takes people to checkout without friction. We design and build shops for independent retailers and trade suppliers, from a handful of products to large catalogues.

Every shop is built on WordPress, so you control your products, prices and content, and you are never tied to a platform with restrictive fees.

    Common questions

How much does an online shop cost?

Full website builds start from £60 per month, and shops are quoted on the number of products and features you need. Things that affect the price include product options, delivery rules, trade pricing and links to other systems. You get a written quote before we start, so there are no surprises.

Can I sell products with options like size and colour?

Yes. We set up products with options such as size, colour or material, each with its own price, image and stock level. Customers choose the option they want on the product page, and you see exactly what to pick and pack.

    Can I offer trade pricing?

Yes. We can set up trade accounts with their own prices and rules for approved business customers, alongside your normal retail prices. You decide who is approved, and trade customers log in to see their pricing.

Can I manage the shop myself?

Yes. You add products, update stock, change prices and process orders yourself from a simple dashboard. We show you how at handover and can add a care plan if you would like us to handle updates and technical upkeep.

Which payment methods can customers use?

Cards and the common digital wallets, depending on what your payment provider supports. We connect a secure checkout through a recognised provider, test it with sample orders before launch and make sure customers get clear confirmation emails.

How do you handle delivery rates and VAT?

We set up delivery zones and rates, free-delivery thresholds, collection options and VAT settings to match how you trade. You confirm your VAT status and rates, and we configure the shop so prices and totals show correctly at checkout.

Can you move my products from another platform?

In most cases, yes. We can import existing products, images, categories and customer details, depending on what your current platform lets us export. Where something cannot be moved automatically, we tell you up front and agree how to handle it.

Is it safe for customers to buy from my shop?

Yes. The shop runs on a secure connection, and card details are handled by your payment provider rather than stored on your site. We also add clear delivery, returns and contact information, which helps customers trust the shop enough to buy.
