Keep your website fast, secure and up to date, with updates, backups and support handled by the people who built it.

About this service

Look after your website, so it keeps looking after you

A website needs regular care. Software updates, backups and security checks protect your business from avoidable problems, and small content changes keep your site accurate and fresh.

Our care plans take that off your plate. You get a team that knows your site, fixes issues quickly and makes the changes you ask for.

Problem and fix

What goes wrong when a website is neglected

None of these happen overnight, which is why they are easy to miss.

The problem
How we fix it

Outdated core, theme and plugin versions with known vulnerabilities

→

Regular, tested updates applied on a schedule, so security patches are not left waiting.

A broken form, page or plugin conflict that nobody notices

→

Routine checks of forms and key pages, plus monitoring, to catch faults early.

No usable backup after a hack or a failed update

→

Automated backups stored away from the site, so it can be restored to a known-good version.

Page weight and database size creeping up, slowing the site

→

Speed checks, image and database clean-ups and a review of caching.

Weak login security and unused admin accounts

→

Security checks covering login protection and a review of who has access.

Out-of-date content and broken links

→

Link checks, and content changes made for you when you ask.

    Common questions

What happens if my website breaks?

We restore it from a recent backup and then find and fix the cause so it does not happen again. Care plan customers get priority support, so problems are looked at quickly rather than joining a queue.

Do you maintain websites you did not build?

Yes, after a quick review to check the site is in good shape. If we find problems such as outdated software or weak security, we explain what needs fixing first and quote for it before taking the site on.

What is included in a care plan?

Updates, backups, security checks, performance checks and small content changes. We confirm exactly what is included in your written quote, so you know what is covered and what would be quoted separately.

How often do you back up my website?

Backups run regularly and are stored away from your website, so they are available even if the site itself is damaged.

Why do websites need regular updates?

WordPress, themes and plugins are updated to fix security weaknesses and bugs. Patchstack found that 91% of the WordPress vulnerabilities reported in 2025 were in plugins, so out-of-date software is a common way sites get hacked or break. Regular updates close those gaps.

Can I still edit my website myself?

Yes. A care plan does not take control away from you. You can still change your own text and images whenever you like, and we handle the technical upkeep and any updates that need care.

Do you make content changes as well?

Small content changes, such as updating text or swapping an image, are usually covered. Larger jobs, such as new pages or new features, are quoted in advance so you always know the cost before we start.

How will I know the site is healthy?

We check speed and security as part of the plan and tell you if anything needs attention. You are not left guessing, and we explain any issues in plain English.
